To request a custom graphics project, start by clicking the Order Custom Project button in the top right corner. Under the Order tab, select the project you desire and fill out the form. Please provide all the information needed for the item requested. This includes what the project will be about, size, contact information such as specific tracking numbers, any coupons/offers wanted, the target audience you are trying to reach. etc. The more information you provide here, the faster we can start designing your project. Once your project has been submitted, we will assign you a designer within a couple of days. We base your designer on skillset and workload availability, but feel free to request if you've worked with a favorite designer before.
Your designer will provide a proof and send it to you for approval. You can go back and forth revising as needed. This process can take 2-6 weeks depending on your project's size and information given. We have no limit on revisions, so you can be sure you leave with a project you are happy with.
When you have approved your design proof, your designer will send you the final files. (*Note: we do not offer printing services, but we will be happy to refer you to some of our partners who can!) If you approve a logo/branding or mascot, we will send you multiple file formats so you can use your new branding on all your new marketing.
Depending on membership level, members receive design credits that can be applied toward eligible projects and bundled offerings.
Additional projects and bundle options may also be purchased directly.
Alliance members are eligible for three design credits each month. Advanced members are eligible for one design credit each month. Roundtable members are eligible for one annual design credit. You may use these to have a designer customize projects from the Service Nation design templates or create a custom marketing project of your choice.
Credits are automatically replenished to your account on the first of each month, and do not carry over/ roll over from month to month.
You can use these graphics credits on any type of project your company needs! We offer a wide variety of custom projects with many examples. You can base your design off of one of these examples or have us create something completely custom.
If you are already enrolled in our Email Campaign Design program, you can also use your credits for additional campaigns each month. If there is a project you cannot find within the examples, contact us with the form below so we can see if that is something we can create for you!
